Embutidos Fermín, is a company of great tradition founded in 1956 in La Alberca, a small village in the province of Salamanca. It is dedicated to the elaboration and commercialization of Iberian hams and sausages; not only in Spain but all over the world.
First and only company authorized directly by the American Government to export Iberian products to the USA.
In FERMÍN they dedicate an exclusive part of their production to products from 100% ORGANIC acorn-fed Iberian pigs, born and raised in ecological pasturelands with soils free of pesticides and synthetic fertilizers, never receiving antibiotics or growth promoting hormones and having constant access to the open air.
