100% sherry vinegar.

Nose: his great harmony and complexity in esters from a breeding slow harmonized with some spicy notes of vanilla.

Mouth: sharp and robust flavor with notes of almonds and vanilla. At the same time round, balanced with high intensity and structured.

Very nice case

I ordered this online and it has lasted for a long time because the flavor is so strong that with a couple drops you can give a very nice taste to the food you add it on, I really liked the box and so I kept it to reuse it to keep other stuff in.
