Mixed Blue Cheese Format: 500g wedge
Made from 100% Galician cow and goat milk. A mild blue cheese with slightly spicy and somewhat bitter notes, especially if the penicillium is well developed. The goat's milk, from the "Saanen" breed, adds a very pleasant bouquet.
Pairs well with aged red wines, amontillados, and even with sweet wines or vermouths.
