It has a yellowish green colour, its skin is fine and its flesh is very tender.

They can only be found in the Basque Country due to its geographical and meteorological conditions.
Ibarra chilli peppers with eusko label possesses a few very peculiar features:

Ibarra chilli peppers is botted in vinegar of white wine with few acidity and little contained in salt. All these characteristics award a special and agreeable smoothness to the palate.
