The art of fillet Anchovies is a traditional painstaking work that has gone from generation to generation in the Cantabrian Sea Coast. These anchovy fillets have been roughly selected and homemade by “Las Sobadoras de Santoña”. Local women from the village of Santoña, who have dedicated their entire lives to elaborate and make worldwide known this fine food from the Cantabrian Sea. Recognized by its unique flavor and excellent quality.

Our products are made with the finest quality fish from the Cantabrian Sea. Meticulous manual processes give you our packed and marinated anchovy fillets. The prized albacore tuna loins can only be made in the summer months to guarantee their freshness.

Anchovy fillets

Pujadó Solano offers a wide variety of products from the Cantabrian sea. To make our anchovy fillets, we use a painstaking and rigorous process to ensure the highest quality texture and flavour. We offer a wide range of anchovy fillet formats for all types of consumers. Our natural systems guarantee the proper preservation of the product.

White Anchovy fillets

Behind these anchovy fillets is a long preparation process in which the fillets are sliced by hand following traditional techniques that have been practised in Santoña for over a century. The “sobadoras de Santoña”, with their expert hands, are tasked with filleting and then selecting the best fillets to offer a high-quality product.

Albacore Tuna

The albacore tuna caught off the northern coast of Spain is characterised by its tender, white meat, smooth flavour and juicy texture. It is packed in glass jars and tins of various sizes and covered in the finest quality olive oil. We also prepare albacore tuna in Catalan sauce using a family recipe that relies on paprika to give the product an intense flavour.

Nuestros productos se elaboran con pesca del mar Cantábrico de la mejor calidad. A partir de minuciosos procesos elaborados a mano se obtienen los filetes de anchoa y boquerón. Los preciados lomos de Bonito del Norte únicamente pueden ser elaborados en los meses de verano para asegurar su elaboración en fresco.

Filetes de Anchoa

Filete de Boquerón

Detrás de estos filetes de boquerón se esconde un largo proceso de elaboración hecho a mano y siguiendo las técnicas tradicionales que se han practicado en Santoña desde el siglo pasado. “Las Sobadoras de Santoña” con sus manos expertas, son las encargadas de filetear y después seleccionar los mejores filetes para ofrecer un producto de gran calidad.

Bonito de Norte

El bonito pescado en la Costa del Norte se caracteriza por su blanca y tierna carne, su suave sabor y jugosa textura. Se envasan cubiertos en aceite de oliva y latas con aceite de oliva de la mejor calidad en formatos como el tarro de cristal o latas de diferentes capacidades. También preparamos el Bonito del Norte en salsa Catalana, siguiendo una receta familiar y dando al producto un intenso sabor a base de pimentón.
