TASTE NOTE

Highly perfumed nose. Sappy, incisive dark fruit flavors are lifted by tangy acidity and pick up smokiness and oak spices with air.

Finishes on a gently sweet note, with very good clinging length.

PAIRING AND SERVING INSTRUCTIONS:

All kind of red meats, bellota ham, grilled fish and dishes with rich sauces.

Serve between 16-18ºC.

We recommend to let it breathe for a while before consumption.
