Fuet DOÑA JUANA

Fuet is a meat sausage product similar to the kind known as longaniza fina, made with finely minced fat and lean pork meat seasoned with salt, pepper and other spices.

This product is typical of the gastronomy of Catalonia. It is similar to the salami-type sausage known as salchichón, although it is smaller in diameter.

Ingredients:: Pork, Sea Salt, Nonfat Dry Milk, Dextrose, Water, Spices, Lactic Acid Starter Culture.

Muy autentico!

Found this in a specialty purveyor in Washington, DC, never having come across it before in the US. So authentic and memorable of the fuet I enjoyed living in Catalunya and on Mallorca! Really good!
