Grape Variety Palomino and Pedro Ximenez
Tasting Notes
SIGHT: Mahogany color with coppery tones, bright.
NOSE: High intensity, medicinal herbs, vanilla, black licorice. Hints of wood and slightly sweet, raisins and figs. Balsamic notes.
MOUTH: Very balanced attack. Very round and enveloping, with great persistence. The bitter and very long aftertaste stands out, typical of the highest quality vermouths.
Gastronomy: At a cool serving temperature, this vermouth is ideal as an aperitif, on its own, with ice or combined. We recommend it with a piece of ice and a slice of orange. It is also a perfect component in cocktails. If you wish to appreciate each and every one of its aromas, we recommend tasting it at room temperature.
