The Hojiblanca variety is one of the organic monovarietals that is picked unripe and grown at Hacienda Guzmán. The light colour of its leaves gives its name to this variety, which conveys vegetable nuances of tomato, leaf, grass and artichoke. Its taste on the palate culminates in spicy and bitter tones that are pleasant and well assembled, evoking the olive tradition of Hacienda Guzmán. Its extraordinary balance and complexity make this extra virgin a real delicacy. Green aromas of freshly cut grass, tomato plants and artichoke with notes of green apple. Pleasant finish in the mouth characterised by an intense aftertaste, prolonged and slightly spicy. An extra virgin olive oil of 0.2 degrees of acidity, produced by putting quality before yield (around 12%).
Hacienda Guzmán is the experience of enjoying selective Extra Virgin Olive Oil which is the result of the work and wisdom of a family dedicated to oil for more than four generations.
All the production at Hacienda Guzman takes place in an olive farm from the 16th century, where a strict production process limits the output to produce a limited edition of 10.000 bottles.
We are cautious in the preparation of olive oil; it has high standards due to the meticulous selection of the fruit which makes olive oil experience in itself.
One can enjoy the exclusive chamomile type of olive with our Family reserve and the most natural blend of our Hacienda Guzman Organic.
