This apricot bread is made in the Mediterranean basin in a completely natural and artisanal way, with dried apricots and almonds. All the ingredients are pressed together, which gives the bread a compact, firm texture.

Its flavor is very special when diced or sliced and paired with cow’s milk or sheep’s milk cheese, as the acidity and aroma of the apricot and almond combine beautifully with the flavors of the cheeses.

It does not necessarily have to be refrigerated, but if it is stored in a cool dry place or even in the fridge it can be conserved for a longer period.

great consistency

I thought it was going to be more like a paste but it actually have consistency and it goes amazing if you want to add some cheese on top of it
