TASTE NOTE

Intense ruby-red color. Its aspect is clean.

Nose, the wine´s reveals the best dark fruit marked by impeccable wood aromas.

Taste: Excellent balance between its acidity and alcohol content. Flavors from the barrel do not overwhelm the fruit. Refined and elegant retronasal effect.

 

PAIRING AND SERVING INSTRUCTIONS:

Tinto Pesquera accompanied by the best roasts, farmyard poultry, veal stews as well as semi-cured cow´s and goat´s cheese.

Serve between 17ºC.
