Handmade reduction obtained from simmering over low heat from our Piedra Luenga Pedro Ximénez organic vinegar. Nothing else is added.

TASTE
Color: Intense jet with iodized tones.
Flavor: Balanced and sweet acidity with a long lasting and persistent presence on the palate.

Good in soups, salads and in all those meals in which it is desirable to give a special touch.

Very dark mahogany colour.
Pungent aromas, caramel, liquorice, raisins and fruit compotes.
