The García de la Cruz family has planted and nurtured since time immemorial olive trees and has been dedicated since 1872 to ensure the quality of the juice obtained from them : the Extra Virgin Olive Oil . Five generations of aceiteros improving the quality of its oil from Federico Serrano in 1872 , to the current managers Fernando and Eusebio Garcia de la Cruz Pascual brothers , the company has grown from being a small family business, one of the companies more projection and external development in the world of oil.
