Instructions for use: to prepare 5 flans (1 sachet).
1 Put 500 ml of milk in a saucepan. Add 1 sachet of flan (5 g), 3-4 tablespoons of sugar (60 g) and dissolve completely.
2 Heat over medium heat, stirring continuously until it begins to boil.
3 Pour into containers and let cool for 1 to 3 hours in the refrigerator.
You can prepare the liquid caramel for the bottom of the container yourself:
Put 2 tablespoons of sugar (40 g), 2 tablespoons of water (20 g) and a splash of lemon juice in a saucepan. 2 Heat over medium heat until a light caramel tone is obtained. Instead of sugar, you can use 5 g of Carmencita granulated saccharin to make the flan. Add it at the end of cooking and stir well. Then, pour the mixture into the containers.
