We elaborate the ñora meat Rajope from dried ladies, without seeds or skin, without dyes, preservatives or thickeners.
It has a sweet taste and is very useful in the cuisine of the Spanish Levante, especially in the Region of Murcia, the Valencian Community (Alicante) and in Catalonia.
Rajope 100% natural.
It is a cultivated variety of Capsicum annuum or pepper, selected "ball" in Murcia and Alicante, of which it is considered native, of small size, round shape and red color when ripe, which is allowed to dry in the sun.
