In spite that enamel coating makes cleaning easy, it doesn´t have any nonstick properties; therefore, bits of food may become stuck. To remove dried food fill the pan with warm soapy water at least for one hour and then wash the pan. When clean keep it in a place where it is unlikely to be knocked.
