Excellent tasting product-
This ia a wonderful mild, semi-soft cheese that I like best when first cut- not aged. The ripening process of this cheese makes it most fragrant, and a little "spicy", almost bitter---but excellent in any state.

Mild flavor, but at the same time intense and salty. Pairs beautifully with fruit.
