The cow-goat roll is a ripened cheese made from a blend of cow's milk (min. 65%) and goat's milk (min. 25%). This mixed cheese is made from both goat and cow milk and is presented in rolls covered with white Penicillium camemberti mold. Its paste is creamy and very white in color. It is recommended to serve it caramelized in slices on the grill, raw, or breaded and fried. Ideal for salads or on toasts with cane honey or red fruit jams.
