Our elaboration process is based on three fundamental aspects: CARE, CRAFTS AND DETAILS.
We select the best fruit from farms dedicated to fresh fruit for the market.
We elaborate our product in preserved of traditional form and by means of manual processes, as it is the case of the Pear of Lérida and the Medlar of Callosa of Ensarriá, products whose fruit is peeled and disheartened by hand.
In addition, during the process, our products are subjected to controls such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Citrus Control Points).
