This very special vinegar is made from Torres white Parrellada wine. After a careful selection, the vinegar is aged in oak barrels for 12 months, thereby acquiring its exceptional qualities.
Variety: Made from a selection of Torres Wines best Parellada variety.
Harvest: Starts on the 20th of September.
Production: Matured in our Solera Vinegar Barrels.
Tasting comments: Elegant yellow color with light, golden nuances. It offers beautiful varietal aromas on the nose (wildflowers), is very rich in fruit (quince, plum jam, "Reineta" apples) and toasty distinction from the aging process. Generous and persistent on the palate, smooth, with a perfect balance between acidity and sweetness. Ideal for dressings, vinaigrettes, and marinades, also for cooking fish and shellfish.
