Production: This very Special Vinegar is obtained from Sauvignon red wines of exceptional quality, matured in our solera vinegar barrels.

Tasting comments: Elegant dark red-cherry color with light brick red tints. On the nose, it stands out for its aromatic intensity and the refined acidic hints. Generous and persistent on the palate with signs of a significant body and a delicate balance of sweet and acid taste.
