Our vegetable sauce or My Grandmother’s sauce. This is a recipe by our grandmother María who has been making it for over 50 years. The recipe was passed down to our mother and from her to us. Made with fresh vegetables, it has a very mild flavour. A special sauce to enjoy alone or with a multitude of dishes.
