The Polished Steel Valencian
The paella pan is the one traditionally used to make Valencian paella.
Polished steel Paella Pans are the most traditional that are used in Spain. They are easy to handle and quick to heat, with a strong and good value.
In spite that enamel coating makes cleaning easy, it doesn´t have any nonstick properties; therefore bits of food may become stuck. To remove leftover food fill the pan with soapy water at least for one hour and then wash the pan. When clean keep it in a place where it is unlikely to be knocked.
