Classic recipe of the torrija, using brioche instead of bread.
Its texture is very mellow and its delicately sweet flavor is accentuated by its caramelized touch.

Net weight: 1540g / 54.3oz (14 pieces)

Defrost in microwave for 2-3 min. at 360W or in oven at 190º for 10 minutes.
It is recommended to accompany the torrija with a cream base or with vanilla ice cream and to burn the yolk a little.

It is advisable to consume at the moment, in the refrigerator for a maximum of 3 days.
Never refreeze a defrosted product.
