Traditional confection made of honey, sugar and egg white, with toasted almonds. Its quality depends on the raw material selection and its producer’s mastery to blend them. The Alicante variety is presented as a compact block of whole almonds in a brittle mass of eggs, honey and sugar. Our excellent Turrón de Alicante is produced by the representant of the 3rd generation of a Turrón masters’ family, Pablo Garrigós, particularly rigorous in selecting only high quality local ingredients like the Marcona almonds and the orange blossom and the rosemary honey.
