TASTE NOTE

It is a Reserva wine of extraordinary quality. Fine to the nose with a fruity aroma and with perfectly balanced aging. With a smooth bouquet and solid structure.

PAIRING AND SERVING INSTRUCTIONS:

Red meat, roasted meats, hunting meat, complex sauces and nature cheeses.

Serve between 18ºC.

LOCATION: Comes from the area of Rioja Alta and Rioja Alavesa: Areas of Briñas, Haro, Rodezno and Labastida.
ALCOHOL: 13,5%
AGEING: Aged for 2 years in American Oak barrels then left bottled for a minimum of 12 months.
