1 Cook the Dacsa Valencian rice in salted water until tender. Drain and set aside.
2 In a pan, heat olive oil and lightly fry the bananas until golden on both sides. Remove and drain on paper towel.
3 Fry the eggs in the same pan with olive oil until edges are crispy but yolk is still runny.
