How to Use
Ready to use without any prior preparation. Highly recommended as a dressing for pasta, salads, and rice; with pickles (anchovies, boquerones); canned fish and seafood; as an ingredient in salads; for dipping with fries; on roasted fish and seafood; as a base for sauces; and with all types of carpaccios, tartares, and ceviches (both meat and fish).
Storage
Unopened: “Oliva Verde Líquida by Caviaroli” products have a shelf life of 12 months from the date of production and packaging.
Once opened: Consume within 1 month.
Storage conditions: Keep in a cool, dry place away from light, heat, and strong odors.
Ideal temperature: Between +6°C and +26°C.
