1 Drain well the oil from the can and dip the sardines in beaten egg, then coat them in breadcrumbs previously flavored with chopped garlic and parsley..

2 Fry the battered sardines in oil at 150 degrees, drain the excess fat and serve to guests in a paper cone.


TIPS:

Serve immediately served with mayonnaise sauce.
