Our factory is at the foot of the Bay of Biscay and 100 metres from the Gijón market, so we can acquire and select the best Spanish white tuna and anchovies from the Bay of Biscay.

The farms from which the milk for the elaboration of these cheeses comes are located in the mountains of Asturias (Spain), taking advantage of the rich pastures that exist for the feeding of the cattle. The offer starts with the traditional Afuega'l Pitu, protected by the PDO Afuega'l Pitu (Protected Designation of Origin).

Asturias has always been synonymous with cider. There is no Asturias without cider, nor cider without Asturias. It has always been like this and, in fact, apples and cider have marked the character and customs of our people for hundreds and hundreds of years.
