 Albo Light Tuna in Olive Oil

1/2 red onion

2 slices of mozzarella cheese

1 slice of bread to taste (cereal, spelt, whole wheat, etc..)

 3/4 cup plain unsweetened yogurt

 1/2 tablespoon of honey 

 Lemon juice 


1  La salsa:

Primeramente, mezcla el yogur natural con juego de limón y deja reposar durante 5 minutos. Añade dos cucharadas de mostaza, la miel y una pizca de sal.

Mezcla todo con la ayuda de una batidora eléctrica o de mano y coloca la salsa en un frasco de cristal bien tapado.

Finalmente, déjalo reposar en el frigorífico.

2  Cut the red onion into very thin slices and crumble the tuna.

Spread the sauce on the slice of bread. Next, place the tuna, the red onion slices and two slices of mozzarella cheese.

3Brown the sandwich.

Use the microwave function with grill to brown the sandwich.


Let it rest in the microwave for 5 minutes.
