Fabada is a traditional recipe of Asturian cuisine. One of the best spoon dishes that can be found in Spain.

2 wheat tortillas
6 tbsp Hida Tomate, Pan y Listo (Tomato, Bread & Ready spread)
6 slices of serrano ham
40g sliced black olives
Olive oil
Oregano
2 glasses of Hida gazpacho
1 Lay one tortilla flat on a plate and spread 2 tablespoons of Tomate, Pan y Listo over it.
2 Drizzle a bit of olive oil over the spread, then sprinkle with oregano. Add a pinch of salt if desired.
3 Place 3 slices of serrano ham on top of the tomato spread, and add 20g of sliced black olives.
4 Roll up the tortilla tightly. Repeat the process with the second tortilla.
5 Once both wraps are rolled, cut them in half and secure each half with a toothpick.
6 Serve with a well-chilled glass of Hida gazpacho for a fresh and flavorful meal.
