1 We peel and slice the potatoes to fry them in a skillet with plenty of olive oil. Once golden brown, we set them aside on absorbent paper to dry.
2 In another skillet, we heat a little oil and add two pieces of chili pepper and the garlic sliced beforehand. When the garlic is golden, we add La Gula del Norte® Ubago and sauté for 1 minute. Then, we fry the eggs.
3 To plate, we place the potatoes on the base, followed by the eggs and on top, the La Gula del Norte® Ubago. This way, we can better appreciate the blend of the different ingredients.
